Mark did an outstanding job helping us purchase our home. We were matched through Zillow. Mark was patient with our large family group tagging along on home tours, and arranged our home tours in order on a single day, which was incredibly helpful. We were also purchasing from out of town and so we did not have much local market knowledge. Mark guided us through the evaluation process and helped us to prioritize our "must have" and "would like to have" lists. Honestly, Mark should consider family therapy on the side, because he is that good. Mark helped us find the right home, took us through multiple inspections, and then brought in a mortgage broker who crushed it with the financing. We will, in fact, be refinancing with the same broker now that our previous home has sold. Having Zillow match us, and agreeing to a 21-day escrow, was new territory for us, but Mark made it all work and we are happy with our new home. Mark is friendly, pragmatic, grew up in SD, and client-focused, so he is everything you would want in a broker.
